2. How do I obtain prices for projects, and do I get a discount because I’m a Staples Contract customer?

Staples Digital Copy Services establishes client based pricing on the scope of your overall needs. A Digital Copy Services Customer Service Representative, or Specialist, will provide you with an estimate upon request.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

As a secure non-retail closed door facility focused on business customers, we are able to prioritize our workload without interruptions in production due to “off the street ordering”. We are also open late, that means we’re working diligently to accommodate even the most demanding deadlines. Each project is assigned a due date based on your request. A Digital Copy Services Customer Service Representative or Specialist will provide you with turn-around times for your order.

4. Can I set up easy re-ordering?

Staples Digital Copy Services file archive is a service that allows you to place repeat orders without having to submit a new file every time. We keep the file on our system and you just need to indicate the quantity required and provide delivery information.

5. What software file formats do you support?

Staples Digital Copy Services recommends using Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Staples Digital Copy Services can accept files in a number of formats including:

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, In Design, Photoshop, QuarkExpress and image files including EPS, TIF, JPG, GIF and more.
